PRIORITY ONE: UNITY

We will strive to cultivate a culture of unity that inspires and encourages people to be the best they can be. We believe that every person plays an equally important role in the success of our company. Everyone will be heard.

For example, if an employee from outside the sales department has a lead, it will be taken into consideration with great care.

PRIORITY TWO: LISTENING

We will eagerly learn about new products and services available in the industry and we will communicate internally about any competitive intelligence of which we become aware.

Most importantly, we will listen carefully to each other and engage in dialogue, because that is the basis of respectful communication and strong working relationships.

TEAM

We will create a purpose- driven culture

by encouraging teamwork among all departments with competitions, such as a gamified inclusion council, if possible. We will build diverse and inclusive teams from different departments, as well as different ranks, so that everyone works together. We will remove social status barriers and will bind managers’ performances with feedback from other people and teams. In this way, we will incentivise managers to talk and interact more with all employees.
